Jin Shin Jyutsu - The Artless Art of Getting to know Myself

Jin Shin Jyutsu is based on the concept of bringing balance to the Life Energy within each of us. With the stress and strain of Everyday Life- worries, fears, frustrations, sadness or trying too hard to force life in a certain direction - the movement of energy in its pathways becomes hampered.

Jin Shi Jyutsu History

Jin Shin Jyutsu physio-philosophy was researched and developed by Master Jiro Murai (1886 -1960 ) in the early 1900s in Japan. After restoring his health from a terminal illness at age at age 26, he devoted his life to studying and understanding how he had been able to do so.

 Mary Burmeister (1918 - 2008)brought Jin Shin Jyustsu to the US in the 1950's. A devoted apprentice to Jiro Murai, her research and dedication resulted in the spread of this life changing art.


Jin Shin Jyutsu Healing

Jin Shin Jyutsu employs 26 Safety Energy Locks along energy pathways that feed energy into our bodies. when one or more of these pathways become blocked, the resulting stagnation can disrupt the local area and eventually disharmonize the complete path of the Energy flow. Holding these locks in combination can bring balance to mind body and spirit and and thus Healing.
